Repair or Replace Refuse Cart Request

  1. Located on the front of the green carts, under where the lid opens, this is the white embossed number beginning with a letter such as "C" or "S" and followed by 7 numbers.

  2. Please make sure all information listed here is accurate and allow 7-14 business days to process your request. Carts are typically repaired or replaced on your regular route day, when your cart will likely already be out. Please continue to place your cart out, even if it is broken or full, so that we may complete your work order.
