Consider For Approval An Economic Development Grant Agreement Between The City Of Galveston And Industrial Development Corporation Of The City Of Galveston Texas Approving Funding To City Of Galveston The Local Match For A Planning Assistant Grant To Update The Sediment Management Strategy In The Amount Of $150,000. Consider for approval, renewing a lease agreement with Mr. Jeff Antonelli for leased office space located at 2508 Ball Street for an initial term of two years, with the option to extend for an additional (2) one-year term at an annual cost of $54,896.40, authorizing the City Manager to execute the lease upon final approval from the City Attorney. Consider for approval the Texas DIR contract number: DIR-CPO-4503 purchase of the GIS Utility Network Management Readiness and Implementation Road Map with GISinc in the amount of $29,500. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney.

Consider for approval change order number one (1) with Badger Meter in the amount of $436,225.01, increasing the contract cost to $15,862,127.79, to perform the EPA required asset inventory and lead testing as part of the meter installation. Consider for approval the acceptance of the BuyBoard contract # 635-21 quote from Southern Trenchless Solutions, to utilize trenchless technologies for Manhole Rehabilitation within the City of Galveston Sewer Sheds, in the amount of $210,248.54. Consider For Approval Allowing The City Manager To Execute Contracts And Payments For The Training Of Galveston Police Cadets At A Local State Licensing Academy. (D. Balli)

The body camera is a beneficial tool that ensures documentation of all citizen contacts with the City Marshals office.
