Consider for approval of a three (3) year contract, with two (2) optional one-year extensions for Emergency Shelter of Employees and Equipment to the responding proposers that conformed to the specifications in RFP 21-15; Fertitta Hospitality LLC. on behalf of the property known as The San Luis Resort, SPA & Conference Center.
