Consider for Approval the utilization of temporary staffing services under the existing contract with Robert Half International, Inc., through the Houston-Galveston Area Council of Governments (HGACBuy) Purchasing Cooperative. Consider for approval a supplement to the agreement dated July 29, 2019 with Arceneaux Wilson & Cole, LLC (AWC) for engineering design services for design of the Recycling Center Office in the amount of $15,810.00 to provide windstorm engineering and certification and authorize the City Manager to sign all documents upon the review and approval of the City Attorney. Consider approval of Change Order #7 to the contract with Wharton-Smith, Inc. for construction of the Airport Water Plant Expansion, increasing the contract by $253,177.95 from the amount of $9,466,960.88 to the amount of $9,720,138.83. Consider for the approval allowing the Fleet Facility to purchase the listed rolling stock (10 PD Patrol PPV Tahoe’s) and associated equipment from Caldwell Country Chevrolet through Buy Board for a total price of $764,520 and authorize the City Managers staff to execute the agreement upon final approval by the City Attorney. Consider for the approval allowing Island Transit to purchase the listed rolling stock and associated equipment (3 trolley style ADA LPG buses) from Creative Bus Sales through a State of Oklahoma Purchasing Contract for a total price of $951,327 and authorize the City Managers staff to execute the agreement upon final approval by the City Attorney. Consider for action authorizing the City Manager to enter into a 1 year maintenance and support agreement with Accela. Inc. for the maintenance and support of the permitting, mobile office, code enforcement and parcel management software. (H. Dean)

Consider for Approval awarding RFP 22-13 to Webb’s Uniforms for the purchase of the Galveston Fire Department’s uniforms for a three (3) year contract. This contract shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods under the existing terms and conditions, unless either party gives the other party written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to such renewal date. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney. (C. Olsen)

Consider for Approval the renewal of the City’s Contract with Standard Insurance Company for employer-funded basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance with a fixed rate increase of $3,060.90 per month for the two one-year renewal periods ending September 30, 2024 (B.
