Consider for Approval the Ratification an amendment to the Health Services Agreement between the City of Galveston and the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), Authorizing a one-year extension for COVID-19 lab and antibody testing for City employees and dependents and authorizing use of available funds for testing (K. Consider for approval the award of a three (3) year contract to Zompa Guderian Enterprises, LLC dba West Isle Urgent Care for RFP # 21 - 21 to provide drug and alcohol testing services; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney. Consider for the approval of the annual payment totaling $22,900 for the Shah Transportation Manager / NewGen dispatch licensing and software support which will be funded by the Island Transit maintenance contract account, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract upon final approval by the City Attorney. Consider for approval submittal of grant application to the Texas General Land Office for funding to complete the update to the City Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan, authorize the City Manager to sign all grant application documents. (T. Wrobleski)

Consider for approval, awarding RFP #21-22 to Cotton Commercial USA Inc. and Camelback dba as SERVEPRO for Moisture Control, Remediation Services Contract shall be effective upon execution by the City of Galveston until March 31, 2025, authorizing the City Manager to execute the contracts upon review and approval of the City Attorney.(C.Kenworthy)

Consider approving purchases of traffic signal equipment, supplies and hardware using the contract with Texas Highway Products, Ltd. through the BuyBoard and HGACBuy purchasing cooperatives.
