CONSENT ITEMS - The following items shall be considered for action as a whole, unless one or more Council Members objects. The City Manager is authorized to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney.

9.A.

Consider for approval an MOU between the City of Galveston and The University of Texas Medical Branch. The purpose of this partnership is to address the medical aspects of disaster. The Coalition aims to better identify and address gaps in coordinated patient care during disasters through the establishment and maturation of a Regional Disaster Health Response System (RDHRS). (R. Consider for approval the proposal from Freese and Nichols, Inc., for risk assessment and programming of the EPA lead and copper rule compliance project in the amount of $49,619. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney. (T. Pedraza))

Consider for approval an agreement to appoint Judge Schweitzer as the Judge for the Municipal Court of the City of Galveston for a term of two (2) years. (Legal)
