Avenue S road work beginning Monday

REMINDER: Beginning Monday, May 2, through June 3, there will be a westbound closure on Avenue S between 50th and 53rd streets for the Avenue S reconstruction project by Galveston County in coordination with the City of Galveston.

All traffic in this area will be one-way, eastbound, and drivers headed westbound will be detoured with signage. Thank you for your patience as work on this important project continues.
