Welcome to this week's Waves of Information Galveston.
It is with a heavy heart that we would like to extend our thoughts and prayers as a community to our neighbors in Santa Fe.
Friday's shocking and tragic incident has shaken so many of us to our core. In the coming days, the path forward will not be easy. There are numerous resources available to parents, teachers, and first responders as we begin the healing process. Galveston County will be providing a link to all that is available on their website at www.galvestoncountytx.gov. We would like to take this time to thank many of our own first responders who crossed the causeway immediately and rushed to their aid. Many of whom were personally impacted by the events. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and may we all stand #santafestrong alongside you during this trying time.
